Gareth Kurt Warren joins Pinpoint

Pinpoint welcomes new Group Digital Content Strategist
Increasing our offering to our clients and the readers of our various magazines is a big part of Pinpoint’s ongoing improvement. In order to do that, we’ve hired a proper guru of a digital strategist: Gareth Kurt Warren.
Gareth cut his teeth in the PR industry, and quickly moved over to the news side, when he started working with Gulf News in 2011 as a sub-editor.
He was then promoted to features writer, showing he had the skill to not just proofread with an eagle eye, but also write with the kind of stuff that made people want to read on.
After that, he was responsible for launching the award-winning digital platform #GNTECH as a solo gig. Once that platform was rolling (and winning), he was shortlisted for the FIPP’s rising stars in media award, as one of the best journalists under the age of 30 in 2016. (He’s still under the age of 30 though).
He then joined Gulf News Guides, where he continued to work his magic and the online brand saw an average of 70% (MoM) increase in page views.
In 2018, he joined Pinpoint as our Group Digital Content Strategist (say that five times fast), and is hard at work improving our digital offering and beefing up our online content.
